Free and non-binding collection and return of equipment to the customer

Due to the COVID-19 situation we offer free of charge transport of equipment in Warsaw and Poland to and from our laboratory as well as a free diagnosis.  The entire operation does not oblige you to provide us with a fee-based service.  The equipment which is returned to customers is disinfected with special preparations.  Please call us for details. The transport in Warsaw is carried out by our drivers.  Throughout Poland, we use the services of the reliable UPS company.  Please contact us to establish the details.

The Data Clinic - our history

The Data Clinic was established in 2013.  From the begining to today, it was a very intense time.  In just a few years, we have managed to build a company that is ready to help in even the most difficult cases.  We took the market by storm and in a very short time we proved that we are able to do miracles!  We act quickly and effectively. We are not the cheapest option on the market.  However, you can say that we are one of the most effective companies not only in Poland, but also across Europe.

Our story, my story

I, Iwo Czerniawski, am the creator and leader of the The Data Clinic.  My technical background was based on 20 years of hard work as an electronics researcher, an enthusiast for high-frequency technology, measurement technology, a constructor and an experimenter.  I've studied hundreds of Russian and Polish volumes dedicated to electronics. I've developed and manufactured electronic devices available for sale. I've single-handedly created chemical preparations for electronics (i.e. IVICHEM – for aluminum soldering). I have excellent business and technical contacts in Russia and I'm fluent in Russian, including the technical language. I have a master's degree in playing the violin. I attended the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music. I've spent 10 years mastering playing the violin in Moscow. When I become interested in the subject of the "data recovery", I said to myself that nothing could be more difficult than playing violin and from what I had already gone through.  And while I find data recovery one of the toughest and most elite technical subjects - I confirm, I wasn't wrong.  Playing the violin, at a sufficiently high technical and artistic level, is far more difficult than anything.  And since I managed to master how to play, data recovery was no longer a big problem for me.

I spent thousands of hours and thousands of nights to explore data recovery issues.  I have established international contacts - in Israel, Russia, Germany, thanks to it my education and knowledge has sharply expanded.  Of course, I've attended to dedicated and expensive trainings, but it was a more a  pretext for establishing pryant relationships and for asking countless questions in the context of the various problems and issues that have affected me and my customers.

When I established my company in 2013, I assumed that it would only be dedicated to data recovery. However, time verifyied my intentions when local residents started to come to me with problems related to their home use devices.  That's how in the same time when the data recovery laboratory was created, a service of electronics also was formed. It grew to today's size - that is to 40-member electronic company, stationed in two locations in Warsaw - at ul. Dzielna 7a and Plac Konstytucji 5 (in the well-known old "musical instruments" shop).  The service company has become the perfect staff base.  Thanks to such a powerful technical background, we are able to take on tough jobs in electronics that many companies have not even dreamed of.

The Data Clinic has the best hardware and data recovery software.  We don't spare money.

We have numerous workshops and our own laboratory with a dust-free laminar chamber.  We invest in the best hardware and software complexes for hard drives, SSD drives.  We have professional tools to work with flash memories, phones and RAID arrays.

In addition, we have a number of soldering stations for precision soldering, as well as professional BGA soldering stations.  Our equipment also includes high-quality stereoscopic microscopes, professional ultrasonic cleaners - of various sizes, advanced measuring equipment and numerous precision mechanical tools.

We have an army of outstanding electronics, whose recruitment lasted years, and was conducted in great pains.  To find our elite staff, I had to fire hundreds of technicians that dind't fit our team and I had to consider thousands of candidates. Most people who are trained at Technical Universities have no idea about technology, and what is worse - they aren't even interested in electronics - in the vast majority. Our team is a miracle, a dream team, a revelation.  Every day, I thank the Universe for having such a team - capable of working at any time, solving the most difficult issues. I select the most capable ones from my teams of electronic engeneers, and those I personally train to be part of the data recovery area.  Only trusted people work with me.  Any improper behavior disqualifies a person to work in our team, especially that they will be in contact with sensitive customer data.  I have intrusted my closest family members, like my Father and Mother to help with organizational issues.

Data recovery and data privacy

We are working to develop the best possible data security practices at all times.  A new data recovery laboratory is set up at Plac Konstytucji 5, where I have created special restricted access rooms.

Only intrusted people are allowed to perform data recovery.  All data recovery copies shall be deleted on an ongoing basis, in particular on a specific request of the data owner.  If you prefer, we will provide you with relevant documents related to your privacy or to confirm that we have deleted all your copies from our carriers irreversibly.

No one except us!

Not to brag - but, if we do not manage to recover the data, there was probably no objective possibility of the data recovery (destroyed, broken drive plates, overwritten data).  We use critical thinking.  Every diagnosis made by any of our technicians is repeated, in different ways, and I have accepted the principle of making every statement heard questionable and opposing it - in order to make a new proposal.  I have repeatedly proven that if the situation is presumably a non-win (the diagnosis was based on misconceptually wrong assumptions) - it was fiction and the data recovering was successful!

I am in constant contact with specialists from all over Poland, as well as Israel (I mean the most important laboratory in Israel), Russia (I also mean the absolutely most important center!).  Every doubt is subject to multiple consultations - in order to establish THE TRUTH.
